Non-Refundable Payments

Once a payment of KES 50 for the Aviator Predictor Pro V4.0 has been processed and the app has been successfully downloaded, the payment is considered final and non-refundable. By making the payment, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

  • Once the payment is confirmed and the download link is provided, no refunds will be issued unless there is a technical issue with the app or payment processing.

  • Refund requests related to user dissatisfaction or misunderstanding of the product features will not be honored, as the product details are clearly outlined before purchase.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds will only be considered in the event of a technical issue with the app that prevents it from functioning properly after installation. Examples of issues that may qualify for a refund include:

  • The app does not launch or crashes immediately after installation.

  • The app is not compatible with your device despite meeting the stated system requirements.

  • You receive an invalid or expired access code after payment and are unable to access the app.

Refund Request Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the original transaction. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
